Return/ Exchange & Refund Policy

Our return and/or exchange policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since the date your order is delivered at your address, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

From our ready-to-wear collection, we are happy to exchange shoes for a different size if they don't fit.  If you order from our made-to-order collection or have a custom order made, we are unable to accept refunds but we will be happy to remake your shoes for a size that fits you perfectly.

All returned products must be in the same condition as they were received and be returned within 30 days in order to qualify for a full refund or size exchange. In order to keep the shoes in pristine condition, we highly recommend our customers to try on their shoes on a soft surface, such as a rug or carpet.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Please do not send your purchase back to our factory in Italy. A return label with our address will be provided to you by email for your convenience. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. 

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If your request for a refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. This will be indicated in our letter to you.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
